As our Talent Acquisition function continues to evolve, YPTC is excited to be searching for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and attracting top talent to meet the firm’s hiring needs. This outstanding hire will be responsible for developing sourcing and recruiting strategies, building strong talent networks and pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers and our talented HR organization to fill roles as we continue to grow.
