    YPTC, a Best Place to Work for 10 years and counting, is growing!  We are looking for an energetic professional to lead the buildout of our recruitment division as we embark on an ambitious growth plan across our current markets and into new ones. 


    Our talented and dedicated staff is EVERYTHING to us, and we recognize that!  Accordingly, the CRO will be a key member of YPTC’s leadership team.


    This person will be responsible for all of our activities related to sourcing/finding, engaging, recruiting, and hiring talented staff and will ensure a steady stream of qualified talented candidates sufficient to meet our growing needs today and in the future.


    Professional Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
    • 15+ years of relevant HR/Recruitment experience, and several years of management of this function
    • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, social media, and recruiting process workflows
    • A good understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruitment function
    • Demonstrated ability to help strategize, plan, and execute our talent acquisition strategies and tactics
    • An understanding and appreciation of the importance of metrics to help us measure and report on our progress toward meeting our objectives A demonstrated ability to be able to expand his/her professional network
    • LinkedIn Recruiter certification, or commitment to obtaining certification within nine months of hire
    • A demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and approach to problem solving
    • A commitment to ongoing continuing professional education, in whatever form is appropriate, to improve and expand existing CRO competencies, and to add new competencies
    • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all members of our leadership and support teams
    • An established network of people in the human resource, sourcing, and recruiting fields who may be called upon for assistance
