    We’re hiring Managers to work with our nonprofit accounting clients and help build our growing outsourced accounting practice.  

     

    At Your Part-Time Controller we focus on providing controller and CFO services to nonprofits.  We choose to work with nonprofits because the work they do provides a greater good.  As a manager you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining relationships with our nonprofit clients.  We have super accountants on staff and our managers support them in the field and recruit more to join us. 

     

    The YPTC Manager’s primary role is to ensure staff and client satisfaction.  Managers  will participate in: 

    • staff training and professional development
    • business development and client sales
    • recruitment and networking events
    • client risk management & quality control
    • client relations and staffing planning

     

    We are seeking an exceptional manager with:

     

    • 10+ yrs. of progressively responsible experience with positions in public accounting and/or as a Controller or CFO preferred
    • demonstrated leadership and problem solving experience
    • knowledge of or desire to learn multiple accounting software packages and advanced Excel skills
    • excellent communication, both verbal and written
    • ability to successfully manage multiple projects
    • a high level of tact and professionalism in resolving conflicts
    • willingness to travel to client offices and other YPTC offices.
    • dedication to staying current on accounting pronouncement updates
    • nonprofit accounting experience a plus, but not required
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, advanced degree a plus.
