We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to service our Human Resources and Administrative departments. 



The Administrative Assistant will work with our awesome Support Staff team in our Center City office.  The preferred schedule is a full 7 hour day on Monday, and 3 to 4 hours Tuesday through Friday.  This is a non-exempt position.




  • Assist with Annual Review process
  • Prepare Onboarding materials and staff files
  • Conduct quarterly file audits and update checklists
  • Scanning, filing and maintaining department files
  • Staff event coordination, preparation and participation
  • Create and administer surveys
  • Other office duties including ordering office supplies, back up reception and mailing invoices



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years administrative experience preferably in Human Resources
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills
  • Experience adhering to deadlines, working collaboratively within a team environment and also independently
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other staff members
